ABOUT THE APARTMENT

The apartment offers a modernly designed space of 72 m², intended for up to 8 people, making it an ideal choice for both families and larger groups traveling together. The thoughtful layout and numerous amenities provide a comfortable, relaxed stay for all guests.

The centerpiece is a spacious living room equipped with two sofa beds, creating an ideal spot for relaxation, and opposite them there is a TV with channel access and Smart TV functionality.
The living room leads out to a furnished balcony, allowing guests to enjoy the fresh air at any time of day.
The kitchenette is fully equipped and works great for longer stays. Guests have at their disposal a oven, microwave, dishwasher, cooktop, fridge, kettle and coffee machine, allowing convenient meal preparation. Right next to it there is a large dining table with a set of soft chairs, creating a comfortable space for shared meals and socializing. For guests' convenience a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic seasonings is prepared.
The master bedroom offers a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe, providing ideal conditions for rest and storing personal belongings.
The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, making it an excellent solution for families or travelers sharing accommodation who prefer separate sleeping spaces.
In the bathroom there is a spacious walk-in shower and a hairdryer. Stylish finishes and functional solutions ensure comfort during daily use. Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared for guests.
There is an additional toilet with a sink available to guests in the apartment.
An additional convenience is a room with a washing machine, which is ideal for longer stays.

The apartment includes two parking spaces in the underground garage.

LOCATION

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building opened in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. You can admire the panorama of Gdańsk from the Amber Sky observation wheel located just next door on Ołowianka Island. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town you will find a variety of restaurants, shops and service establishments.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Renovation and construction works are being carried out on the property and in its vicinity, so noise may reach some rooms. We apologize for the inconvenience.
