The Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of top hotel-class standards and the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion. Guests' stays are also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a selection of teas, coffee and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 22 is the ideal choice for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for a maximum of 4 people. Our apartment will meet the requirements of the most demanding guests.
In the living room you will find a large, comfortable, fold-out sofa and a television. There is also a well-equipped kitchenette and a table with chairs. The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed and a spacious chest of drawers. Of course, the apartment also includes a bathroom with a bathtub with shower and rain showerhead, and a washing machine.
The Nadmotławie 22 apartment is located in a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. From the Old Town the apartment is a few minutes' walk away. The area around the apartment is only just beginning its revitalization, however on the way to the Old Town you will constantly be accompanied by a view of the river, the yacht marina or the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area - consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The rental cost for a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
