The apartment Nadmotławie 44 is a comfortable, carefully detailed space prepared with guests' full comfort in mind – ideal both for a romantic getaway and for a longer stay in the heart of Gdańsk.

​ABOUT THE APARTMENT

This 28-square-meter apartment is an excellent base for a couple who values comfort and a pleasant, well-organized space conducive to relaxation. It is adapted for up to 3 adults.

• The comfortable studio offers a cozy double bed positioned opposite a television with cable channels , creating the perfect place to relax after a day of sightseeing. Large windows provide beautiful natural light and a view of the surroundings. An additional sleeping place is a bed hidden in the cabinet under the television.
• A private balcony with a set of chairs allows you to enjoy your morning coffee outdoors or relax in the evening at sunset.
• Kitchenette is fully equipped — guests have at their disposal a hotplate, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine and kettle. It's an ideal place to prepare meals in comfortable conditions. For guests' convenience a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic seasonings is prepared.
• Right next to the sleeping area there is a comfortable table with chairs, which is perfect for shared meals or working on a laptop.
• The stylish bathroom offers a shower, toilet and a hairdryer, ensuring comfort during both short and longer stays. For guests hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared.

​IMPORTANT AMENITIES

A major advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a children's playroom, a gym and a sauna available for an additional fee.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage, which allows vehicles up to 2 meters in height to enter. The garage also accepts cars equipped with an LPG system. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost to rent a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.

The Nadmotławie estate is a unique location on the waterfront of the New Motława, just a 10-minute walk from Gdańsk's Old Town and its major attractions, such as the Long Market, Neptune Fountain and the Crane. In the immediate vicinity you will find a marina, a riverside promenade, the Baltic Philharmonic and numerous restaurants and cafés. The Museum of the Second World War and the European Solidarity Centre are about a 15-minute walk away. Brzeźno Beach is approximately a 20-minute drive or tram ride away, and other seaside districts like Jelitkowo or Stogi are equally easily accessible. It's an ideal place for those who appreciate proximity to the city center and relaxation by the water.
