Downtown Apartments is the ideal combination of highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, well-scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. A welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices also enhances our Guests' stay.

Grano Residence 103 is a pleasant and well-equipped apartment. It guarantees a comfortable stay for four people. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment.

The spacious living room features a convertible sofa and a large television, while the adequately equipped kitchenette allows for meal preparation. The bedroom contains a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a work area. A stylish bathroom is also included, featuring a large shower and a washing machine.

An additional space is a cozy balcony — a place for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The apartment includes a parking space in the garage.

The building is located on the Island of Granaries in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Positioned right by the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. There are restaurants offering cuisines from around the world, pubs, and cafes found here. You can often hear live music here, and the heart of the island is the “food hall,” where there are restaurants with viewing terraces or the café “E. Wedel.” Due to the hotel's proximity, it is possible to use the hotel's SPA zone consisting of a swimming pool, gym, and massage area. Use of this area is at an additional cost and dependent on availability.
