Apartamenty Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion is provided. Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome pack in the form of tea, coffee and basic condiments.

Grano Residence 103 is a pleasant and well-equipped apartment. It guarantees a comfortable stay for four people. The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building put into use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel.

In the spacious living room there is a fold-out sofa with a large TV, and a properly equipped kitchenette allows for meal preparation. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a workspace. Of course there is also a stylish bathroom, where you will find a large shower and a washing machine.

Additional space is provided by a cozy balcony — a place for a morning coffee or an evening drink. 

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. 

The building is located on Wyspa Spichrzów (Granary Island) in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Situated right on the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of Chmielna Street and Ołowianka Island. There are restaurants here offering cuisines from around the world, pubs and cafes. Live music is often heard here, and the heart of the island is the „food hall”, where you will find restaurants with viewing terraces as well as the “E. Wedel” café. Thanks to the hotel’s proximity, it is possible to use the hotel’s SPA area consisting of a pool, gym and massage area. Use of this is subject to an extra charge and availability.
