The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, gently scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests also enjoy a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Grano Residence 114 is a comfortable and well-equipped apartment located on the edge of Gdańsk's Old Town. Above-average spacious 52 square meters guarantees a successful stay for a maximum of four people. The comfortable bedroom with a double bed, TV, and spacious wardrobe, pleasant living room with a folding sofa, TV, connected to a fully equipped kitchenette. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine. An additional space is provided by a balcony.

The apartment comes with a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel SPA area consisting of a pool, gym, and massage zone. The use of it is additionally payable and subject to availability.

The building is located on the Spichrzów Island in Gdańsk, just at the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, visually appealing apartment buildings, access to the river, and the proximity of the Old Town are the immediate neighborhood of the building.
