The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Comfortable, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner and body lotion is provided. Our guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a selection of teas, coffee and basic spices.

Grano Residence 65 is a stylish, comfortable, well-equipped, air-conditioned apartment located on the edge of Gdańsk's Old Town. What sets it apart, besides the stylish finish, is the above-average view from the windows and the balcony. 65 square meters guarantee a comfortable stay for four and up to a maximum of six people. Comfortable bedrooms, a pleasant living room combined with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a large shower and a balcony providing outdoor space - an ideal place for morning coffee.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building commissioned at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel development. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel's SPA area consisting of a pool, gym and a massage area. Use of these facilities incurs an additional fee and is subject to availability.

The building is located on the Granaries Island in Gdańsk, right on the edge of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafés, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, access to the river and the proximity to the Old Town are the building's immediate surroundings.
