House by the Lake

Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of the right hotel class and the functionality of a holiday home. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of comfortable pillows for each guest are the standard. Our guests are also welcomed with a welcome set of tea, coffee, and basic spices.

House by the Lake is an ideal holiday home located right by the water. It is designed for a maximum of 8 persons, or a group of friends. However, a full comfort experience will be felt by 4 people, for whom we have prepared 2 bedrooms — both located on the first floor. One is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a dressing table, while the other has two single beds that can be pulled apart to create additional sleeping space and a dresser. Next to the rooms is an additional toilet.
On the ground floor of the building, we find 2 rooms. A stylish living room is connected to a well-equipped kitchenette — a spacious refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, washing machine, coffee maker, as well as all utensils necessary for preparing any meal. The other spaces include a dining area with a table and chairs, and a relaxation area with a sofa that serves as an additional sleeping space. We will also find a SMART TV. A separate room constitutes the bathroom equipped with a shower cabin.

Undoubtedly, the strongest point of our cottage is the incredibly pleasant, wooden terrace, from which we can admire the view of the lake, listen to the singing of birds, and inhale the clean, forest air. The terrace is equipped with a comfortable set of furniture.

The cottage includes a sauna. Guests have access to a grill with all accessories, three children's bikes, a boat with oars, a kayak, paddle boats, and life jackets. The equipment made available to guests is labeled, and the use of unlabeled equipment is forbidden. Additionally, the cottage is equipped with a travel crib for little ones and a high chair.

In front of the cottage, there are public parking spaces.

The House by the Lake is located directly on the shoreline of Naterskie Lake in Tomaszkowo (near Olsztyn). Guests have access to a private beach with a pier located right at the property. Enjoying the tranquility and peace of the forest, we do not have to give up on entertainment — at a short distance there are many attractions such as: a golf course, a horse riding stable, a restaurant, and more.

Waste segregation is mandatory.

The segregation container is located in the cottage, and bags are on stands by the waste shed.

In case of non-segregation, an additional fee of 150 PLN will be charged.

The price of the stay must include a refundable deposit in the form of pre-authorization on a credit/debit card in the amount of 500 PLN.
