Downtown Apartments is a combination of prestigious locations and the highest comfort. Houseboat Reef located in the center of Gdańsk on the Motława River is an excellent base in summer for discovering the charms of the city, and outside the season it provides peace and quiet, ideal for relaxation all year round.

ABOUT THE APARTMENT

Stay in an unusual place – a modern house on the water that delights with its unique atmosphere and marina views. It is an ideal option for up to 5 adults who value comfort, privacy and unforgettable experiences.

• Spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed that can also serve as an additional sleeping place. For full relaxation there is a TV available to watch your favorite films and series. Panoramic windows let in plenty of natural light and allow you to enjoy the water view.

• At the entrance to the houseboat there is a private terrace with garden furniture, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or spend an evening with a glass of wine watching the calm waves.

• The modern kitchenette is equipped with the necessary appliances for meal preparation, a kettle and essential dishes. Next to it there is a dining table with chairs, ideal for shared breakfasts or dinners with a view of the marina. For guests' convenience a welcome set with coffee, tea and basic spices has been prepared.

• The houseboat contains two bedrooms, both with a large double bed guaranteeing a comfortable sleep. The interior creates an atmosphere conducive to relaxation.

• A functional and elegant bathroom equipped with a shower, washbasin and toilet. Stylish finishes give it character, and modern solutions ensure everyday comfort.  Hotel towels and a basic set of toiletries have been prepared for guests. For guests' convenience a second bathroom has also been provided.

Our houseboat is located in the very center of Gdańsk – at the marina on the Motława River, right by the Stągiewny Bridge and in the immediate vicinity of Szafarnia Street. This place combines convenient access to the main attractions of the Old Town with an atmosphere of calm and privacy. Nearby there are numerous restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and waterfront promenades, and the surrounding streets delight with their architecture and wealth of historic sites. It is an ideal location for those seeking both convenience and the unique atmosphere of Gdańsk.
