The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Letnica 147 is a comfortable, spacious, and well-equipped apartment. 64 square meters guarantee a comfortable stay for up to six people. Two separate bedrooms are available for guests, each with a large, comfortable double bed. In the cozy living room combined with a fully equipped kitchenette there is a fold-out sofa. Of course, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and a washing machine.

Additional space is provided by the balcony, the perfect place for a morning coffee or an evening drink. It offers a view of the city skyline, and in the distance, the stadium is visible.

The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 15th floor of a modern apartment building completed at the end of 2020. Letnica is a rapidly developing district of Gdańsk. Its immediate neighborhood consists of the Gdańsk Stadium together with Fun Arena, offering petrol go-karts, bungee jumping, escape rooms, and a playground for children. The Old Town is easily accessible via the Tunnel under the Dead Vistula River. The apartment is also a short distance from the most popular Gdańsk beach — Brzeźno.
