Nadmotławie 140 is an ideal choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two or a family of 2+1. The apartment, despite its small size, at 30m2, will meet the expectations of the most demanding guests. It is comfortably furnished. The layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. A comfortable double bed, a SMART TV and a pull-out sofa are positioned facing each other. In this well-planned space, there is room for a table with four chairs, which will comfortably serve breakfast and every other meal. The fully equipped kitchenette allows for food preparation, containing everything needed for a few days' stay. An additional space is a fairly large balcony, which offers a view of the Old Town and the Motława River.
The Nadmotławie 140 apartment is located on the 5th floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the apartment's surrounding area is just beginning its revitalization period, the view of the river, yacht marina, or the tenements of the Old Town will constantly accompany us on our way to the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a playroom for children, a gym, and a sauna. Use of the area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, allowing access for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for vehicles equipped with an LPG installation. The number of places in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
