Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of the highest hotel standards with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is an obligatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. A welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices also enhances our Guests' stay.
Nadmotławie 144 is a top-tier apartment. It is made according to the latest trends and using the highest quality materials. Despite its small size, the apartment surprises at every turn. High ceilings of over 3 meters add space. The kitchenette is optimally equipped. It contains everything needed for a few days' stay for two people. The bedroom bed is large and very comfortable. Both of these spaces are equipped with SMART TVs. The bathroom is bold and made of high-quality materials. An essential feature is air conditioning. However, the most important part of the apartment is the TERRACE. The terrace is prepared for gatherings of several friends or family members. Comfortable armchairs, poufs, and a soft carpet are its main equipment elements. Nonetheless, the biggest asset of the terrace is the view — the view of the Old Town, the Ferris wheel, and neighboring buildings appeals to everyone's taste.
The Nadmotławie 144 apartment is located on the top floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town will continuously accompany us along the way to the Old Town.
A great advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Use of the area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage, which allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for vehicles equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spots in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a spot in the garage is 5zł/hour, 40zł/day.
