Downtown Apartments is the ideal combination of the highest hotel standards with the functionality of your own apartment. Nadmotławie 69 is a very good choice for a pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for a family of 2+1 or a couple. Despite its small size of 29m2, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 3 people. The layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable bed 160 cm wide is next to the television, and beside it is a small sofa with a sleeping function. This small space includes a table with chairs that will easily provide comfort during a morning breakfast. Preparing meals is made possible by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay. An additional space is provided by the balcony.
The Nadmotłwie 69 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building completed in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the apartment's neighborhood is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenements of the Old Town will accompany you all the way to the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building that includes a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Access to the shared area is included in the price of the apartment.
The building is also equipped with an underground parking garage that allows entry for vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also accommodates vehicles equipped with LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
*A city tax of 2.2 PLN per person per night and a refundable deposit in the form of a credit/debit card pre-authorization of 500 PLN must be added to the price of the stay.
