Nadmotławie 71 is a cozy studio that combines modern elegance with full functionality and is an ideal space both for a romantic getaway for two and a comfortable stay in the heart of the city. Thanks to carefully selected details, warm colors, and modern finish, the apartment promotes relaxation and comfort, and its space has been designed with the maximum comfort of guests in mind and is intended for a maximum of three adults.

• In the sleeping area there is a comfortable double bed and a small folding sofa which can serve as an additional sleeping or relaxation place during the day. Large windows with access to the balcony let in plenty of natural light and allow you to enjoy the space throughout the day.
  
  
• Kitchenette in a modern style combines black matte fronts with wooden elements and is fully equipped, allowing you to prepare your favorite meals in a homely atmosphere. Guests have at their disposal a hotplate, electric kettle, set of pots, dishes, and kitchen utensils, making the kitchen a practical and convenient place to cook. For the convenience of guests, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is prepared.
  
  
• Bathroom is designed in light, minimalist tones using wood-like tiles, which warm up the space and give it an elegant character. At guests' disposal is a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, and washing machine facilitating longer stays. For guests, hotel towels and a basic set of cosmetics have been prepared.
  
  
• An additional advantage of the apartment is the balcony, which is an excellent place for morning coffee or a moment of rest after a day full of adventures.

LOCATION

The apartment Nadmotławie 71 is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization period, on the way to the Old Town you will continuously enjoy the view of the river, yacht marina, and the Old Town tenement houses.

IMPORTANT AMENITIES

A major advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, gym, and sauna. Use of this area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installation. The number of spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately independent. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
