Nadmotławie 97 is the ideal choice for a very romantic and very comfortable stay in Gdańsk for two. Despite its small size of 30m2, the apartment meets the demands of the most discerning guests. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable, large bed. Opposite it is a large SMART TV. In this small space, there is room for a table that will comfortably accommodate breakfast or any other meal. A fully equipped kitchenette enables food preparation, with everything needed for a multi-day stay. A separate room is a bathroom equipped with a shower. An additional space is the balcony furnished with comfortable furniture. The balcony is the perfect place for morning coffee and an evening drink.
The Nadmotławie 97 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building that opened in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town will constantly accompany us on the way to the Old Town. A great advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children, a gym, and a sauna. Access to the area is included in the apartment price.
The building is also equipped with a underground garage hall that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also permits access for vehicles fitted with LPG systems. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately not guaranteed. The cost of renting a space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
