Nadmotławie A39 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant weekend or a longer stay in Gdańsk for up to 6 people. The apartment, with an area of 52m2, will meet the requirements of the most demanding. It is stylish, comfortably furnished, air-conditioned, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. Two bedrooms with double beds, a very pleasant living room equipped with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. Additional space includes a balcony.
The apartment also includes a parking space in the underground garage, which allows vehicles with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also accommodates vehicles equipped with LPG systems.
The Nadmotławie A39 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building that was commissioned in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, on the way to the Old Town, we will constantly be accompanied by the view of the river, yacht marina, and the tenements of the Old Town.
A major advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building – consisting of a children's playroom and gym. Access to the area is included in the price of the apartment.
