Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of top hotel quality with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant,  snow-white bed linen and a set of two pillows for each Guest is the standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory  set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also welcomed with a  welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Nadmotławie A44 is a very pleasant and stylish place that provides complete comfort during your stay. It is fully equipped and thoughtfully arranged. This unique apartment with an area of 54 square meters is an excellent place for those seeking charm and comfort. It is intended for a maximum of  4 people. 

The central element of the  living room is a  large sofa bed that can serve as a comfortable bed for guests. It's the perfect place to relax after a day spent exploring the area. The  kitchenette is fully equipped, making meal preparation easy and enjoyable. The  double bed with a comfortable mattress in the  bedroom ensures a restful sleep, and the minimalist decor makes it cozy and relaxing. The  bathroom with toilet delights with modern amenities, such as a shower with a rain shower head. It’s the ideal place to unwind and refresh after an active day.

The apartment includes a  parking space in the garage.

The apartment Nadmotławie A44 is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into service in December 2020. It is situated right  next to the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area is just starting its revitalization, the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town. A significant advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the  common area of the building — consisting of a  children's playroom and gym. Access to the area is included in the price of the apartment.
