Downtown Apartments is an ideal combination of the highest hotel standards with the functionality of your own apartment. Nadmotławie A5 is an extremely stylish place perfect for a very pleasant stay in Gdańsk for a maximum of 3 people. Our apartment will meet the demands of the most discerning guests. The living area is equipped with a comfortable sofa, the bedroom has a large double bed and a TV with SMART functionality. Additionally, there is a fully equipped kitchenette and a dining table. Of course, the apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building that was opened in 2020. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in close proximity to the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located right next door, on the Ołowianka island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service establishments.
A significant advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a gym and a children's playroom. Access to this area is included in the apartment price.
