Despite its small size, as it has 40m2, the apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout makes everything in its place. The bright bedroom is equipped with a large double bed. The living room is connected with the kitchenette. There is also a bathroom with a shower. Additional space includes a terrace — perfect for morning coffee or an evening drink.

The Nadmotławie A7 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use in December 2020. It is located right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, yacht marina, or the tenement houses of the Old Town will continuously accompany us on the way to the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, in addition to the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children and a gym. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with a underground garage, which allows cars with a maximum height of 2 meters to enter. The garage also allows vehicles equipped with an LPG system. The apartment has one parking space in the underground garage.
