Downtown Apartments is an ideal combination of the highest hotel standards and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is the standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented shower gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also pleased with a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Nadmotławie B17A is the perfect choice for a very pleasant weekend or extended stay in Gdańsk for up to 4 people. Despite its small size of 30m2, the apartment meets the requirements of the most demanding guests. The living room is equipped with a comfortable, fold-out sofa, double bed, television, and table with chairs. There is also a fully equipped kitchenette. A dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, electric kettle, refrigerator with freezer, and utensils to facilitate meal preparation. The bathroom is equipped with a comfortable shower. An additional space is provided by a balcony.

The apartment includes a designated parking space.

The Nadmotławie B17A apartment is located on the 1st floor of a modern apartment building commissioned for use in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, yacht marina, or the tenement houses of the Old Town will constantly accompany us on our way to the Old Town.

A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children and a gym. Access to this area is included in the apartment price.
