The apartment covers an area of 62m2 and meets the demands of the most discerning Guests. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. Two bedrooms, a very pleasant living room, a fully equipped kitchenette and a bathroom with a shower. An additional space is provided by a balcony — the perfect spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. 

The apartment has a parking spot in the underground garage.

The Nadmotławie B27 apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, the marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town.

A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a playroom for children and a gym. Access to this area is included in the price of the apartment.
