Nadmotławie B36 is the perfect choice for a very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for up to 4 people. Despite its small size of 33m2, the apartment meets the demands of the most discerning. It is stylish, comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. A comfortable bed and a spacious wardrobe in a separate sleeping area, a sofa bed and a TV in the living area, and a fully equipped kitchenette. There is, of course, a bathroom with a shower. An additional space is provided by the balcony.

The Nadmotłwie B36 apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a modern apartment building put into use in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in direct proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. The area of the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, but nonetheless, on the way to the Old Town, we will be constantly accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town. 

A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Access to the area is included in the price of the apartment.
