It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the area surrounding the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, the yacht marina, or the tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town.

A major advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom and a gym. Use of the area is included in the price of the apartment.
