Nadmotławie C8B is a good choice for a comfortable stay in Gdańsk for up to two people. The apartment, despite its modest size of 18m2, meets most requirements. It is comfortably furnished, and the layout of the apartment makes everything in its place. A comfortable double bed is opposite a TV with SMART function. Next to it is a small-sized kitchenette that allows for meal preparation. In this small space, there is also a workspace in the form of a desk with a chair. A separate room comprises a bathroom equipped with a shower cubicle. 

The Nadmotławie C8B apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building that was opened in December 2020. It is situated right by the river, in close proximity to the Old Town. The apartment is only a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Although the surrounding area is just beginning its revitalization, the view of the river, yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town will accompany us all the way to the Old Town. A huge advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and sauna. Use of the common area is included in the price of the apartment.

The building is also equipped with a underground garage, which allows the entry of cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also accommodates cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and unfortunately, their availability is not guaranteed. The rental cost of a parking spot in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
