The apartment is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Dock. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby on the Ołowianka Island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. Along the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the building's common area — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom, and a paid sauna.
