This apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława river, in direct proximity to the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky Ferris Wheel located right next door, on Ołowianka island. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, we will find a variety of restaurants, shops, and service establishments. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A great advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom, and an additional paid sauna.
