Nadmotławie Estate 161 is perfect for a family stay or a romantic getaway. It is intended for a maximum of 4 adults.
In the cozy living room, you will find a fold-out sleeper sofa and a TV. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need to prepare a meal. The pleasant bedroom features a large double bed. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a toilet and comfortable shower.
An additional advantage of the apartment is the pleasant balcony — an ideal place for a sip of morning coffee or an evening drink.
The apartment comes with a parking space.
The apartment is located in a modern apartment building opened in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in close proximity to the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located right next door, on the Ołowianka Island. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. On the way to the Old Town, we will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. One of the great advantages of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building — consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and additionally paid sauna.
We inform you that we will also block a refundable deposit amounting to 500 zł on the credit/debit card provided in the reservation.
