Nadmotławie Estate 166 is perfect for a family stay or a romantic getaway. It is designed for a maximum of 4 adult guests.
In the pleasant living room, we find a sofa bed and a television. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything needed to prepare meals. The cozy bedroom features a large double bed and workspace. There is of course a bathroom with a toilet and a comfortable shower.
An ideal place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink is the cozy balcony.
Additionally, the apartment is equipped with beach accessories such as: beach screen, beach tent, beach lounger, skimboard.
The apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, adjacent to the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby on the Ołowianka Island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. On-site, there is a pleasant, landscaped terrace. A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and a paid sauna.
