Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standard with the functionality of a private apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest is standard. Additionally, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, nicely scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests are also welcomed with a welcome pack including tea, coffee, and basic spices.

Nadmotławie Estate 168 is an excellent choice for a family stay or a romantic getaway. It is designed for a maximum of 4 adult guests.

In the air-conditioned living room, there is a fold-out sofa and a television. The appropriately equipped kitchenette has everything needed to prepare meals. The pleasant bedroom features a large double bed and a workspace. There is, of course, a bathroom with a toilet and a spacious shower. An additional space is a terrace.

The apartment includes a parking space in the garage.

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building that was completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Dock. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located just nearby, on the Ołowianka Island. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. On the way to the Old Town, one can find various restaurants, shops, and service establishments. The property features a pleasant, greened terrace. A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building - consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom, and an additional paid sauna.
