Nadmotławie Estate 185 is perfect for a family stay or a romantic getaway. It is intended for a maximum of 4 adults.
In the air-conditioned living room, we find a fold-out sofa and a TV. The adequately equipped kitchenette has everything needed to prepare a meal. The pleasant bedroom features a large double bed as well as a workspace and a spacious wardrobe. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a toilet, washing machine, and a spacious shower.
An ideal place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink is the cozy balcony.
The apartment comes with a parking space.
The apartment is located in a modern apartment building opened in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky Ferris Wheel located right nearby, on the island of Ołowianka. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk away. Along the way to the Old Town, there are various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. On the premises, there is a pleasant, green terrace. A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the shared area of the building - consisting of a free gym, kids' playroom, and an additional paid sauna.
