In the living room you will find a sofa bed and a television. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything needed to prepare a meal. The apartment features two separate bedrooms. Each contains a large double bed. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a toilet, shower, washing machine, and dryer.
An ideal place to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink are the two pleasant balconies.
The apartment includes a parking space.
The apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located nearby, on the Ołowianka Island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service outlets. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom, and a paid sauna.
