The pleasant bedroom features a large double bed, a workspace, and a spacious wardrobe. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a toilet and a comfortable shower.

The perfect place to enjoy morning coffee or an evening drink is the cozy balcony.

The apartment includes a parking space in the garage.

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in close proximity to the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky Ferris Wheel located nearby on Ołowianka Island. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk away. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service establishments. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. An enormous advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and nice appearance, is the shared area of the building, consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom, and an additional paid sauna.
