In the pleasant living room, you will find a fold-out sofa and a television. The fully equipped kitchenette has everything needed to prepare meals. The cozy bedroom has a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a toilet, washing machine, and a comfortable shower.

An ideal place to enjoy your morning coffee or an evening drink will be the cozy balcony.

The apartment comes with a parking space in the garage.

The apartment is located in a modern building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in close proximity to the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located just nearby, on the Ołowianka Island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you will find various restaurants, shops, and service establishments. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A major advantage of the apartment building, in addition to its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building —which includes a free gym, a children's playroom, and a paid sauna.
