Nadmotławie Estate 261 is perfect for a family stay or a romantic getaway. It is designated for a maximum of 6 adult guests. The entire apartment is tastefully decorated, with attention to detail and comfort. Light walls, modern furniture, and stylish accessories give it a unique character, creating an ideal place to rest and relax after an intense day.

The fold-out sofa in the living room provides additional sleeping space for guests or space to relax. Large windows allow for a significant amount of natural light, creating a bright and pleasant atmosphere. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchen accessories, making it easy to prepare meals. The main bedroom is decorated in a modern style with a comfortable double bed, ensuring a peaceful sleep after a day full of experiences. The second bedroom offers guests a choice thanks to the fold-out sofa, which can serve as both an additional sleeping space and a relaxation area. The bathroom with a shower is kept in a modern design, offering guests relaxing moments during morning or evening showers.

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building that was completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in direct proximity to the Old Dock. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky Ferris Wheel located right next door, on Ołowianka Island. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the Old Town. On the way to the Old Town, you'll find various restaurants, shops, and service establishments. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and additionally charged sauna.
