In the living room, we will find a foldable sofa and a television. The appropriately equipped kitchenette has everything needed to prepare meals. The pleasant bedroom features a large double bed and a spacious wardrobe. The apartment also has a washing machine. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a toilet and a spacious shower.

The perfect place for a morning coffee or an evening drink will be the cozy balcony.

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in direct proximity to the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located right next door, on the Ołowianka Island. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk away. On the way to the Old Town, we find various restaurants, shops, and service points. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A huge advantage of the apartment building, apart from the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — which consists of a free gym, a playroom for children, and an additionally paid sauna.
