Downtown Apartments is the perfect combination of top hotel class and the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest is standard. Additionally, there is a necessary set of toiletries consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our guests are also welcomed with a welcome set in the form of a package of tea, coffee, and basic spices.

Nadmotławie Estate 287 is perfect for a family stay or a trip with friends. It is designed for a maximum of 6 adults. The entire apartment is tastefully furnished, with attention to detail and comfort. Modern furniture and stylish accessories give it a unique character, creating the ideal place to relax after an intense day.

The living room, thanks to the comfortable sofa, is perfect for an evening movie session. Large windows allow a significant amount of natural light creating a pleasant atmosphere. The kitchenette is equipped with all necessary appliances and kitchen accessories, enabling easy meal preparation. Two separate bedrooms are available for guests. Each is decorated in a modern style. One has a comfortable double bed, which guarantees a peaceful sleep after a day full of experiences. The second bedroom offers guests the option to choose thanks to a fold-out sofa, which can serve as an additional sleeping space as well as a relaxation area. The bathroom with a shower is maintained in a modern design, offering guests relaxing moments during morning or evening showers.

An ideal place for morning coffee or evening drinks will be the pleasant balcony.

The apartment comes with a parking space.

The apartment is located in a modern apartment building commissioned in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Dock. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky observation wheel located right next to it, on the Ołowianka island. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk away. On the way to the Old Town, we find various restaurants, shops, and service establishments. The premises feature a pleasant, greened terrace. A significant advantage of the apartment building, apart from its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, a children's playroom, and an additional paid sauna.
