The apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in direct proximity to the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky Ferris Wheel located right next door, on the Ołowianka Island. The Old Town is only a few minutes' walk away. On the way to the Old Town, we will find various restaurants, shops, and service establishments. The property features a pleasant, greened terrace. A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, children's playroom, and additionally paid sauna.
