The apartment is located in a modern apartment building completed in 2023. It is situated right next to the Motława River, in close proximity to the Old Shipyard. The panorama of Gdańsk can be admired from the Amber Sky Ferris Wheel located just nearby, on Ołowianka Island. The Old Town is just a few minutes' walk from the apartment. On the way to the Old Town, we will find a variety of restaurants, shops, and service establishments. The property features a pleasant, green terrace. A significant advantage of the apartment building, besides the location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a free gym, playroom for children, and an additional charged sauna.
