The apartment, with an area of 46 m², designed for up to 4 people, combines modern design, functionality, and an exceptional location with a river view, making it an ideal choice for both city breaks and longer stays.

• Living room designed in a modern style is the heart of the apartment. It features a comfortable, fold-out sofa, perfect for both relaxing and sleeping at night. Opposite it, there is a TV with TV channels and Smart TV function. Nearby, there is a practical desk ideal for work or study. The separate air conditioner improves the comfort of the stay.
  
• From the living room, there is an exit to a balcony equipped with chairs – an ideal place for morning coffee or evening relaxation with a river view.
  
• The modern kitchenette is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, and coffee maker, enabling comfortable meal preparation. Stylish fittings and a functional layout ensure ease of use. Right next to it, there is a dining table with chairs, perfect for shared meals or dinners.
