Downtown Apartments are a perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each guest on the bedroom bed are standard. Additionally, a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, good-smelling gel, hair conditioner and body balm. Our guests' stay will also be made more pleasant by a welcome set in the form of a package of tea, coffee and basic spices.

The central element of the living room is a large fold-out sofa that can serve as a comfortable bed for guests. It's the perfect place to relax after a day spent exploring the area. The kitchenette is fully equipped, which makes preparing meals easy and pleasant. A double bed with a comfortable mattress in the bedroom ensures a comfortable sleep, and the minimalist decor makes it cozy and relaxing. The bathroom with toilet allows you to relax in a pleasant bathtub. It's the perfect place to relax and refresh after an active day.

Additional space is provided by a pleasant terrace, an ideal place for a sip of morning coffee or an evening drink.

The Scala 14 apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern apartment building. It is located right next to the boundaries of the Old Town, in the immediate vicinity of the historic Academy of Music. The surroundings of the apartment encourage you to walk and enjoy the charms of the city.
