This modern apartment consists of a spacious living room with a kitchenette, separate bedroom, bathroom with a shower, and a balcony overlooking the modern urban development.

• The living room features two comfortable, fold-out sofas providing additional sleeping places. The light color scheme, exposed brick wall, designer tables, and stylish accessories create an exceptionally cozy yet contemporary interior. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and curtains allow for darkening if needed.
• The kitchenette is fully equipped – guests have at their disposal a hob, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and a complete set of dishes and cutlery. The dining area with an elegant table allows for comfortable meals.
• The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with a soft headboard, perfect for a peaceful rest. Subtle wallpaper and a muted color palette create a relaxing atmosphere.
• The bathroom is equipped with a modern walk-in shower, and for guests' convenience, fresh towels, a basic set of toiletries, and a washing machine are provided – especially useful for longer stays.

The apartment includes a parking space in an underground garage. The parking space is designed for cars with a maximum weight of 2 tons, length of 5 meters, and height of 1.75m.
