The apartment is decorated in a modern style with warm, natural accents that create a cozy and harmonious space. Bright interiors, wooden floors, and a subdued color scheme promote relaxation and a sense of home comfort. The apartment is designed for a maximum of 4 guests.
Spacious living room with a large balcony window is the heart of the apartment. It features a fold-out sofa that can serve as an extra sleeping place. Opposite, there is a television on an elegant wooden cabinet. A modern coffee table and accessories, such as graphics on the wall, give the interior a cozy character.
From the living room, you can step out onto the balcony, which provides additional space for relaxation. It is the perfect place for morning coffee or an evening rest in the fresh air.
Kitchenette is fully equipped, including a induction hob, microwave, and dishwasher. Bright cabinet fronts and city motifs on the wall tiles give it a modern look. Next to the kitchen, there is a dining table with four chairs, creating a comfortable place to eat. For guests' convenience, a welcome set with coffee, tea, and basic spices is provided.
Bedroom is equipped with a comfortable double bed with a soft headboard and two bedside tables with lamps. The interior is complemented by a spacious, modern wardrobe that can hold all the necessary items. A large window provides natural light and a view of the surrounding buildings.

LOCATION
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building situated right on the bank of the Motława River. The building offers access to a SPA zone, which includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and gym. Use of the facilities is subject to availability.
