The Downtown Apartments are the ideal combination of top hotel standards with the functionality of a private apartment. Waterlane SPA D1B is a very comfortable apartment! It is located in a modern apartment building situated right next to the river. Its greatest assets are a pleasant living room, a comfortable bedroom and large balcony, as well as a well-equipped bathroom. The apartment is intended for up to 4 people, but a couple or a family with a child will enjoy it most.

A major advantage of the apartment is the SPA area located a few floors below the apartment - consisting of a swimming pool, gym, sauna and jacuzzi. Availability depends on the number of available places.
