The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage. The parking space is intended for vehicles with a maximum weight of 2 tons, length of 5 meters, and height of 1.50 meters.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a very modern apartment building situated right next to the river, allowing access to the SPA zone consisting of a pool, gym, sauna, and jacuzzi. Availability depends on the number of available spots.

All the most important attractions of Gdańsk are in the immediate vicinity of the apartment. On the ground floor of the building, you will find restaurants, a café, and a grocery store.
