Granaria B607 is a spacious apartment located in the very heart of Gdańsk, in a prestigious investment on the Granaries Island. It was designed with comfort and convenience in mind for 4 people, making it perfect for both a family vacation and a stay with friends.
The bright living room impresses with high sloping ceilings and a large window that lets in plenty of natural light. A comfortable sofa and a minimalist coffee table create the perfect place to relax. The kitchenette with an industrial accent in the form of a brick wall is equipped with modern appliances and practical cabinets, and next to it is a dining area with an elegant table and chairs.
The bedroom delights with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe, providing adequate space for storing clothes and personal belongings.
The exceptionally elegant bathroom is decorated in beige and white tones, using high-quality materials. A spacious rain shower cabin, enclosed toilet and a roomy cabinet with a sink ensure both comfort and aesthetics.
IMPORTANT AMENITIES
Next to the building there is a swimming pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, and a jacuzzi available for 150 PLN/1.5 hours. Prior reservation is required and should be made along with payment at the Prana SPA reception at the Radisson hotel.
There is an underground paid parking hall "Interparking Chmielna 110" (5 PLN per hour), with availability of spaces depending solely on the parking operator.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern apartment building put into use in 2024, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The location of the apartment is unique. Leaving the building means encountering pleasant views. The river, historic Old Town tenements, and the historic Żuraw Crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, you will find trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and the popular evening meeting spot club SASSY.
