The Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of top hotel standards with the functionality of your own apartment. Granaria B607 is a spacious apartment located in the very heart of Gdańsk, in a prestigious development on Spichrzów Island. It was designed with comfort and convenience for 4 people in mind, making it perfect for family vacations as well as stays with friends.
The bright living room delights with high sloped ceilings and a large window, which lets in plenty of natural light. A comfortable sofa and a minimalist coffee table create a perfect place to relax. The kitchenette with an industrial accent in the form of a brick wall is equipped with modern appliances and practical cabinets, and next to it there is a dining area with an elegant table and chairs.
The bedroom impresses with a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe, providing ample space for storing clothes and personal items.
A particularly elegant bathroom has been arranged in beige and white tones, using high-quality materials. The spacious shower cabin with a rain shower, enclosed toilet and a capacious cabinet with a sink provide both comfort and aesthetic appeal.
IMPORTANT AMENITIES
In the neighboring building, there is a pool, sauna, SPA and massage area, as well as a jacuzzi available for 150 PLN/1.5 hours. Advance booking is required, which along with payment must be made at the Prana SPA reception in the Radisson hotel.

The apartment is located on the 6th floor of a modern apartment building completed in 2024, which is part of the most important investment in Gdańsk in recent years. The apartment’s location is unique. Exiting the building leads to pleasant views. The river, historic tenement houses of the Old Town, and the historic Żuraw crane. On the ground floor of the neighboring building, there are trendy restaurants, a grocery store, and a popular evening gathering spot, the SASSY club.
