Grano Residence 86 is a stylish, comfortable, well-equipped, air-conditioned apartment located on the edge of Gdańsk's Old Town. Its distinguishing features, besides the stylish finish, are the exceptional views from the windows and balcony. 42 square meters guarantee a comfortable stay for two and up to four people. A comfortable bedroom, a pleasant living room connected with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a large shower, and a balcony, which serves as an outdoor space - an ideal place for morning coffee.
The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.
The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Due to the close proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel's SPA zone consisting of a pool, gym, and massage area. Use of this is additionally charged and subject to availability.
The building is located on the Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, visually attractive apartment buildings, access to the river, and proximity to the Old Town are the building's direct surroundings.
