Grano Residence 86 is a stylish, comfortable, well-equipped, air-conditioned apartment situated on the edge of Gdańsk's Old Town. A distinguishing feature, besides the stylish finish, is the above-average view from the windows and the balcony. 42 square metres guarantee a comfortable stay for two and up to four people. Comfortable bedroom, pleasant living room combined with a kitchenette, bathroom with a large shower and a balcony, providing an outdoor space - the ideal place for a morning coffee.

The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building completed at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel development. Thanks to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel SPA area consisting of a pool, a gym and a massage area. Use of it is subject to an additional charge and availability.

The building is located on Granary Island in Gdańsk, right on the edge of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafés, modern, eye-catching apartment buildings, river access and the proximity of the Old Town are the building's immediate surroundings.
