Its distinguishing feature, apart from the stylish finish, is the extraordinary view from the windows and the balcony. 42 square meters guarantee a comfortable stay for two and a maximum of four people. A comfortable bedroom, pleasant living room connected to the kitchenette, bathroom with a large shower, and a balcony, which serves as outdoor space - the perfect place for morning coffee.

The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building that was put into use at the end of 2020, which is part of the Grano Hotel investment. Due to the proximity of the hotel, it is possible to use the hotel SPA area consisting of a swimming pool, gym, and massage area. Use of this facility is additionally charged and depends on availability.

The building is located on Spichrzów Island in Gdańsk, right on the border of the Old Town. Pleasant restaurants and cafes, modern, visually appealing apartment buildings, access to the river, and the closeness of the Old Town are the direct surroundings of the building.
