Apartments Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel class with the functionality of your own apartment. Pleasant, snow-white bedding and a set of two pillows for each Guest are standard. In addition, there is a mandatory set of cosmetics consisting of shampoo, pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. Our Guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.

Houseboat Modern 3 is an exceptionally unique place to stay for a group of friends or a family with children. The apartment stands out from others. It is moored on the water and can accommodate 6 people, including a maximum of 4 adults. Two separate bedrooms have been designated for guests, with one having a large double bed, and the other a bunk bed. In the stylish living room there is a sofa bed and a Smart TV as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. Comfortable summer stays are ensured by the air conditioning. Of course, there is a bathroom with a shower. 

The biggest advantage of this house on the water is the terrace, from which, with morning coffee or an evening drink, you can enjoy the view of the calm Motława River. The terrace doors of one of the bedrooms lead to the roof entrance, where you can relax sunbathing on a deck chair. 

A sauna is available for Guests. Use is included in the price.

Our Houseboat is located at the Gdańsk marina, on the Motława River - right by the Stągiewny Bridge and at the extension of Szafarnia Street.  Despite the proximity to the main attractions of Gdańsk's Old Town, the location is a quiet and peaceful place. In the vicinity, you will find various restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, as well as walking paths. Nearby streets delight with historic buildings and monuments. The excellent location will satisfy even the most demanding tourist.
