Our guests' stay is also enhanced by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Houseboat Modern 3 is an extremely unique place to stay for a group of friends or a family with children. The apartment stands out from the others. It is moored on the water and accommodates 6 people, including a maximum of 4 adults. Two separate bedrooms have been allocated for guests, one with a large double bed, the other with bunk beds. In the stylish living room there is a fold-out sofa and a Smart TV as well as a fully equipped kitchenette. Air conditioning will ensure a comfortable stay in summer. Of course, there is also a bathroom with a shower.
The biggest asset of the house on the water is the terrace, from which you can enjoy the view of the calm Motława River while having morning coffee or an evening drink. The terrace doors of one of the bedrooms lead to the roof access, where you can relax sunbathing on a deck chair.
A sauna is available to guests. Use is included in the price.
Our houseboat is located at the Gdańsk marina, on the Motława River - right by the Stągiewny Bridge and at the extension of Szafarnia Street. Despite its proximity to the main attractions of Gdańsk's Old Town, the location is a quiet and peaceful place. In the vicinity, you will find various restaurants, cafes, pubs, shops, and walking paths. Nearby streets impress with historic buildings and monuments. The excellent location will satisfy even the most demanding tourist.
