Downtown Apartments are the perfect combination of the highest hotel standards with the functionality of a private apartment. Additionally, a mandatory cosmetics set consisting of shampoo, a pleasantly scented gel, hair conditioner, and body lotion. The stay is also enhanced for our guests by a welcome set in the form of a package of teas, coffee, and basic spices.
Nadmotławie 117 is an ideal choice for a romantic or simply very pleasant weekend in Gdańsk for two people and up to a maximum of 3 persons. Although the apartment is small, with 29m2, it meets the requirements of the most demanding. It is stylishly furnished, and the layout of the apartment ensures that everything is in its place. A comfortable bed, directly opposite a large SMART TV, and a small, fold-out sofa. In this small space, there is room for a table with chairs, which easily provides comfort during morning breakfast or any other meal. Meal preparation is made possible by a fully equipped kitchenette, where you will find everything needed for a multi-day stay. An additional space consists of a balcony equipped with comfortable furniture.
The apartment Nadmotławie 117 is located on the 4th floor of a modern apartment building commissioned in December 2020. It is situated right next to the river, in the immediate vicinity of the Old Town. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. Although the area around the apartment is just beginning its revitalization, along the way to the Old Town you will continuously be accompanied by the view of the river, the yacht marina, and the tenement houses of the Old Town.
A huge advantage of the apartment building, besides its location and pleasant appearance, is the common area of the building — consisting of a children's playroom, gym, and an additional paid sauna.
The building is also equipped with an underground garage that allows entry for cars with a maximum height of 2 meters. The garage also allows entry for cars equipped with LPG installations. The number of parking spaces in the garage is limited, and their availability is unfortunately unpredictable. The cost of renting a parking space in the garage is 5 PLN/hour, 40 PLN/day.
